For the past 24 years, Chef Gail has built her career as a gourmet
chef, working for private clients, special events and donating her services to charities.
Today, Gail runs her own Personal Chef business and is an active member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
In addition to serving as a mentor for chefs around
the country who are just starting their business, Gail teaches at the
Culinary Business Academy, working with persons new to the Personal Chef
industry. She is also a Culinary Inspirations instructor, working with
established Personal Chefs to develop additional offerings for their
businesses.
Gail has lectured on Native American cuisine at Diablo Valley College
in Pleasant Hill, California. She was also a featured speaker at the USPCA
National conventions in 2003, 2004, 2005 and most recently, the 2006
convention in St. Louis. She was also elected to a three year term on
the USPCA National Advisory Council.
Having lived her entire life in the San Francisco Bay Area, with its
diverse cuisine, it's not hard to understand why she has such a fondness for a wide
variety of foods. One taste of her Chicken with Raspberry-Red Wine Glaze or Moroccan
Pork Roast and you will understand why she lives to eat!
Different foods conjure up different images - some elegant, some
comfortable. Chef Gail works with her clients to create what they want, because with all
the choices available, everyone can live to eat, instead of
just eating to live!
